2. Service Agreement
When you sign up for our services, you agree to pay based on what’s agreed upon. Our pricing can vary depending on the size of your company, the work required, and other factors.
3. Payments
If you’re on a monthly plan, payment is due at the beginning of each month. If you don’t pay on time, we might have to pause your services.
4. Your Role
To help us do our job, we’ll need you to provide necessary details like access to your website and business info. You’re also responsible for making sure your website content follows the law.
5. Ending the Agreement
Either you or Delvoc can end the service with written notice. If you decide to cancel, services that have already been delivered are not refundable unless stated in the Refund Policy.
6. Liability
While we do our best, we’re not responsible for any indirect or unexpected damages related to the services we provide. Our liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid for the services.
7. Governing Law
This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Regardless of where you are located, any legal issues will be handled in compliance with U.S. law.

We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, we’ll post the changes on this page.
